Entering the high-tech age of the 21th century, the human beings are being seriously confronted with many problems such as environmental contamination, exhaustion of energy sources calling for alternative energy and global warming. HitBio Company Ltd. already sought to tackle such problems by resorting to wisdom of our ancestor's life, and finally succeeded in the development of "pellet for roast" and "pellets for fuel". Our continued efforts will be focused on environment-free products and energy sources in the future, and we believe that our products, wood pellet and plants pellets will play important roles as the new sources of an alternative renewable energy. By supporting the farming households for their pellet boiler projects throughout the country, the Korean Government has already started to take positive actions for reduction of energy consumption required for conventional type of oil heating, thus contributing to energy saving as well as reducing environmental pollution. We will actively participate in such programs of the Government. Today many countries in the world are striving to prevent global warming by use of CER (Certified Emission Reduction), and Hitbio will also keep accelerating its efforts for development and commercialization of new products as new line of sources for replacement of petroleum, gas and electricity. Hitbio's eco-friendly pellet products are harmless to humans, and pellet roasters, in particular, have excellent functions and price competitiveness compared with charcoal. One again we, Hitbio, are committed to exert our efforts in research and development of eco-friendly energy sources, and will contribute to new generation of alternative energy sources. |
